EVOMAX Thermal Printer

The EVOMAX prints identification tags, strips and labels for:

Yes. EVOMAX tags are fully compatible with TRASP sleeves and holders, so you can use printed and manual marking side by side.

The EVOMAX uses thermal transfer printing. Heat bonds ink from Grafoplast’s UV-stabilised ribbons onto the tag material, and markers are ready to use as soon as they’re printed. The result is a permanent, high-contrast mark that resists rubbing, oils and solvents far better than handwritten labels or standard ink printing.

Yes, with the KITEVOMAX automatic feeder kit. This upgrade automates feeding, so you can print tags for wires, cables and terminal blocks in bulk. The kit includes an automatic stack feeder (EVO0013) and a support base (SI2K0016).

Yes. The EVOMAX is a stationary system designed for batch printing, and it comes with Simplo X software. You can produce complete sets of labels from a project wire list in one run, which is much faster and more consistent than applying characters one by one on repeat or large jobs.

Yes. The EVOMAX range includes halogen-free wire markers and metal-detectable wire and cable markers. Halogen-free markers suit installations where low smoke and toxic emissions in a fire are a concern. Metal-detectable markers are for food processing and other environments where contamination control matters.

A mobile printer such as GRAFOPRINT usually costs less to buy. A stationary system such as the EVOMAX costs more upfront but generally has a lower cost per label, because it uses bulk materials. It also saves on-site labour, because labels are printed in the workshop before installation. For low volumes, a mobile system is usually more economical; for high volumes, a stationary system usually is.
